works:
Place a 10% deposit on the house of your dreams
and we will hold the price for one year. If you
want another year of price hold simply place
another 10% before the end of the 1st year of
your contract. You may take delivery any time
before the two years are up. Just provide a
minimum of 30 days notice when you want delivery
to occur. If you decide to change the model you
can do so with a minimum of 60 days notice.*
